People working in a large technology park rely on shared services — buses, canteens, parking and events — that no single organisation controls. The information about these services sits with different providers: the metropolitan transport authority, the catering company and the park association. Users cannot find it when they need it, and park staff spend time answering the same routine questions.
MyIno App gathers information from several providers into one real-time, personalised interface available on Android, iOS and the web. The Eclipse sensiNact platform collects data from each source and shares it in a common format, so the app treats transport, catering, news and event feeds as a single set of inputs. Inovallée designed the back end and runs the app, and Ascanio built the front end.

MyIno App’s events listing, searchable company directory and interactive map of the park.
– Real-time public transport updates from Métromobilité, including nearby stops and arrival alerts
– Daily menus from on-site restaurants through Timechef
– Park and company news from the Inovallée blog
– Events from Agilyteam and SortieSport
– A searchable directory of park companies by technology and sector
– An interactive map that brings everything together

MyIno App brings news, events, transport and restaurant information into one app.
Inovallée launched MyIno App version 1 in March 2019 as part of the EU–Japan BigClouT project, in Grenoble’s Inovallée technology park. The app passed 1,000 downloads — about one in eleven of the park’s 11,000 workers — and the park association has kept running and extending it since the project ended, adding user accounts, sports activities, community events and job listings.
