Strategic Vision and Achivements

Chișinău is implementing its Smart City Strategy 2021–2027, focusing on digital public services, e-governance, smart transport, and open data. The city has modernised its public transport system with GPS tracking and cashless ticketing, deployed a city-wide CCTV network, and launched the ‘Acasă la Chișinău’ digital services portal. Chișinău is also a beneficiary of EU Eastern Partnership digitisation funding and technical assistance.
