Strategic Vision and Achivements

Busan’s smart city strategy centres on the Eco Delta Smart City pilot — a 2.8 km² living-lab district where water management, renewable energy, autonomous mobility, and fintech-based urban services are integrated through an open data platform. The city aims to become a global smart city model by 2030, aligned with South Korea’s Korean New Deal and Digital Platform Government initiative.
